A little island hopping
7 nights in the Western Caribbean
Unpack once, settle into life at sea, and wake up with somewhere new to explore. This sample balances Caribbean port days with time to enjoy the ship.
See the day-by-day plan
- Day 1
Board in Miami
Arrive at the port for your scheduled boarding time, settle into your cabin, and get to know the ship before dinner. For a less rushed start, we can look at arriving in Miami the day before.
- Day 2
Find your sea-day rhythm
Take the morning slowly, explore the ship, and leave room for whatever sounds good. Pool time, a show, or a quiet afternoon with an ocean view.
- Day 3
Costa Maya, Mexico
Choose a shore outing that suits you, such as a beach break or a guided cultural excursion. Keep the rest of the day easy and return within the ship’s required boarding window.
- Day 4
Roatán, Honduras
Make this your island day. We can compare guided sightseeing, beach time, or a suitable water activity based on your interests and comfort level.
- Day 5
Cozumel, Mexico
Explore ashore or consider an organized snorkeling outing. You can also keep it simple with a relaxed lunch and some time by the water.
- Day 6
Another lovely day at sea
Sleep in, revisit your favorite spot onboard, and enjoy a day without a shore schedule. Any spa treatment or specialty dinner can be planned separately.
- Day 7
Perfect Day at CocoCay, Bahamas
A beach day on Royal Caribbean’s private island. We’ll look at which island experiences are included and which carry an extra charge for your chosen sailing.
- Day 8
Return to Miami
Disembark and head home, or add a little more time in Miami. We’ll plan your onward travel around the sailing’s confirmed return details.
This is an example Royal Caribbean route, not a confirmed departure or offer. Ports, order, schedules, ship, and inclusions vary by sailing. A pre-cruise hotel night is additional to the 7-night cruise.

See the day-by-day plan
- Day 1
Arrive and settle in
Travel to your Riviera Maya resort, check in, and get your bearings. Keep dinner easy and save the bigger plans for tomorrow.
- Day 2
Your first proper beach day
Start with breakfast, then choose the beach or pool. Get to know the resort’s included dining and activities, and make any reservations it requires.
- Day 3
A little exploring, if you like
Consider a cenote visit or a guided outing to the Tulum archaeological site. We’ll choose one based on your resort location, interests, and preferred travel time. Staying at the resort is always an option.
- Day 4
Leave the day open
Take a slow morning and enjoy the resort. If a spa treatment, special dinner, or another extra appeals to you, we can explore the options and costs.
- Day 5
One more day of doing your thing
Return to your favorite pool spot, join an included resort activity, or simply enjoy a day with no schedule. Finish with a dinner you’re looking forward to.
- Day 6
An easy goodbye
Have breakfast if timing allows, check out, and travel to the airport with time for your flight.
This is a sample stay, not a resort package or quote. Inclusions vary by resort. Flights, transfers, excursions, spa treatments, gratuities, and other extras will be reviewed when planning.

A few lovely days in Paris
4 days, with time to wander
A first taste of Paris without trying to fit in everything. A well-located hotel, a few big sights, and time for cafés, neighborhood walks, and another pastry.
See the day-by-day plan
- Day 1
Arrive and ease into Paris
Settle into your hotel and take a gentle walk nearby. If energy and arrival time allow, wander by the Seine before an early dinner.
- Day 2
The Eiffel Tower and the river
Build the day around the Eiffel Tower area, with a prebooked visit if you’d like to go up. Leave the afternoon for a riverside walk or an optional Seine cruise.
- Day 3
Art, gardens, and café time
Plan a reserved visit to the Louvre, then spend some time in the Tuileries. Keep the evening flexible for dinner or a neighborhood stroll.
